UCF Web & Digital
As UCF’s web content manager, I shaped the university’s online voice — writing, editing, and ensuring brand consistency. I managed the master content calendar, collaborated across departments, and optimized the user experience while finding new ways to highlight university priorities.
Top-Level Pages

While at UCF, I managed the university's top-level web pages, keeping them accurate, relevant, and engaging for thousands of daily visitors. I ensured content met the needs of prospective students, current students, faculty, alumni, and other key audiences.
One notable project was developing a UCF majors page. This provided tools and resources to help students choose a major that aligned with their goals and offered valuable insights for parents and advisors. In addition, I sought out opportunities to highlight the university's achievements and innovations across various areas — from student life and research to alumni and giving.
Degree Pages
In my role, I led content updates and a design refresh for UCF’s degree pages, improving the user experience for students, parents, and advisors. The SEO-optimized pages increased visibility and engagement, helping visitors navigate the academic landscape more effectively.
